A quick update this month, just to touch base and make sure we're all on the same page.
REWARDS STILL PENDING
The Forgotten Ones & Forbidden Orders supplement continues to speed along, and has started in preliminary layout. The Lore of the Traditions book and Faces of Magick supplement are finishing up in editing before moving on to a final round of development.

Hello Mages,
We're still in the early stages of this campaign, though a few of our Stretch Goals are really humming along. I'll share our regular progress track, but first... As you may remember, a few weeks back Onyx Path held their third annual Virtual Gaming Convention. I've got a very cool Mage: The Ascension panel to share with you from that weekend.

However it plays out, I'll share our status updates each month until the campaign is complete.

Hello Mages,
A quick update for the end of May. We'll check in with our regular project status tracking board and look ahead a few weeks to the next Onyx Path online convention.
But first, a link to the latest game session to spin out of our Lore of the Traditions campaign. a special one-shot that was part of some premium rewards offered as part of our Kickstarter pledge tiers:
While our main book is in editing, our two stretch goal supplements have been outlined and are now having writers assigned before the first drafts can begin. The magick is starting!
So, our main book is in editing and getting all sorted there before moving into one final round of development on the manuscript. Our two bit Stretch Goal supplements, the Faces of Magick and Forgotten Ones & Forbidden Orders books have been outlined by Travis and the team, and now writers and contracted to begin writing the first draft. So, bit by bit, the process has begun. As noted last month, it's a long journey, but we'll track each step along the way.

Aside from the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, the What's Up with Onyx Path panels should be good viewing!

April 2022 Update

Hello Mages,
It's been just over two months since our campaign ended, and just about a month since we launched our BackerKit surveys for this project. There's still a long road ahead and a lot of work to be done on these projects, but we're going to have regular month end updates to keep track of where we sit on our rewards.
MONTHLY UPDATES
We're still in the earliest stages of this post-campaign, where projects make incremental movements along the progress path. A lot of months will be pretty similar, just a quick note to let you know that the Onyx Path team is still working on it. Any time we have a new reward or something of interest to share, I'll include that as well.
At the end of each month, I'll include a summary of our rewards and their current status (they'll either be delivered or marked as still pending, possibly with additional details if I know more). I'll also list any relevant Update posts, in case you want to go back and check into something.
In case you need to revisit your BackerKit page or need a refresher on how to download your digital rewards, I'll include this review in each monthly update.

We're in the earliest stages of this post-campaign, though I expect some of those Stretch Goals to move along quickly once they really get started. Our main book is finishing up in editing before a final round of development. Our two main Stretch Goal supplements are currently locking down writers and outlines for the project.
In this graphic, the M20 Lore of the Traditions line actually encompasses three rewards that will be distributed - the PDF will go out about after all development is completed and the first digital proofing rounds are finished. This will be an Advance PDF, allowing a final round of backer input to correct errors and catch any last mistakes. That'll take some time, but once it's done the book will go to Indexing and Prep and the PDF and Print-on-Demand versions will be finalized and made available through DriveThruRPG, and the files will be off to the printer for creation of the kickstarter hardcover.
There's also the M20: Victorian Age add on, which isn't listed here (because it's a separate project), but will be distributed when the PDF is ready and the hardcover included in the final reward ship out.
I'll also list the rewards that have gone out as part of each monthly update, along with reference links to the notice of their distribution, in case you want to go back and read that information.

Digital Reward Distribution - Existing PDFs starting distribution

It's been just over a week since we started the Backerkit survey process, and we've just passed the 80% response threshold so I've got some real data to look at and orders to start fulfilling. We use BackerKit to fulfill all of our rewards, so please fill out your survey and start your BackerKit Lore of the Traditions page if you haven't already.

Many of the rewards for our kickstarter projects take a lot of time and effort to complete. Usually, the kickstarter is a means of moving the project from an idea (even when it's a mostly-fully-written idea) into the actual channel that turns it into a project/product. It'll be a while before we're ready to talk about delivery on M20Lore of the Traditions, and even longer for our projects generated via Stretch Goals (the Faces of Magick supplement, the Forgotten Ones & Forbidden Orders supplement, the VTT token pack,and the rest).
That said, there are a few rewards that are available now, as they were mostly add-on PDFs of existing products. And now we can work on getting those out to you over the weekend.

The other rewards will be going to anyone who added them on during the campaign or in the BackerKit Pledge Manager after the campaign.
